Getting started
Three steps to your first booking
01
Tell us about your place
Describe your property type, location, and what makes it special. Takes about 10 minutes.
02
Set your availability and price
Choose when your place is open and set a price that works for you. You can change it anytime.
03
Welcome your first guest
Once verified, your listing goes live. We'll guide you through the first booking.
Host standards
We make it clear before you commit.
NepalNest doesn't publish first and ask questions later. Every listing goes through a verification step so guests know what to expect and you build trust from day one.

Who can host
Your property fits — whatever it is.

Three things every host needs
Your property must be legal and meet basic safety expectations
Your listing must accurately describe the space — no misleading photos or descriptions
You must complete identity verification before your listing can go live
Property types we welcome
